Republic of Hungary 1.


Floods and flooding on the river Tisza
In the spring of the year 2000 Republic of Hungary suffered devastating floods in large areas of the river Tisza. Our commitment has been focused mainly on the evacuation of persons, material, and rescue of animals and also for pumping water.

Ukraine


Floods and flooding
We were deployed to assist the population and elimination of consequences of floods in the region Berehovo and Vynohradiv. Assistance provided: evacuation of the population, animals and material, water pumping, purification of drinking water resources, technical support.

2002

Czech Republic


A large part of the country was affected by devastating floods and flooding. We were deployed in the Dečín district, specifically Hřensko. We performed water pumping, disinfection, purification of drinking water resources, evacuation of persons, animals and material, technical support and premedical first aid.

Snowy day
The affected are – Salgotarján. We were deployed to supply the population and providing health care in inaccessible areas.

Earthquake in the city of Bam
The city of Bam has been affected by the devastating earthquake that virtually destroyed the entire city.The life loss was terrible. Our rescuers were deployed for search and recovery living people from the ruins, but also for the search of dead bodies and disaster relief.

2005

Srí Lanka


Extensive and strong earthquake that hit Indonesia triggered Tsunami tidal waves which hit Sri Lanka amongst others.
Are rescuers were deployed to affected areas to search for missing persons, collection of dead bodies and disinfecting affected areas including hospitals and collection points for the dead bodies and makeshift tent camps, purification of drinking water resources, decontamination of persons and materials, providing premedical first aid.

Romania


Floods and flooding this year affected the greater part of the territory of Romania. Our rescue team was deployed by the Bacau area to aid in the aftermath of floods and flooding and also for disinfecting and purifying the resources of drinking water.

Pakistan 1.


Kashmiri mountains area was hit by a devastating earthquake. The city of Balakot was virtually destroyed. Are rescue team was deployed in part to search for missing persons and the recovery of the rubble, ruins and debris, provide premedical and medical first aid and partly the disinfection of affected areas, tent camps and purifying the resources of drinking water.

Pakistan 2.


After the successful results of applications of disinfection in the affected areas and especially in the city of Balakot the Pakistan Ministry of Defense invited us back again to deal with preventing the spreads of epidemics and purifying the resources of drinking water. We were deployed in the capital city, Islamabad to disinfect hospitals and makeshift field hospitals where they were evacuated people from the areas affected by the earthquake. Also for the disinfection of tent camps and purifying the resources of drinking water

2006

Republic of Hungary


In January 2006 happened one of the largest tragedies of the Army of the Slovak Republic. When soldiers were returning from a mission in Kosovo their AN-24 aircraft crashed near the village Hejce /HU/ near the Slovakian border. Of the 42 soldiers survived only one soldier. Our rescue team was sent to the site of the event, ready to search for victims.

2010

Haiti


After the devastating earthquake which struck the Pacific island state Haiti, we have been deployed for rescue work at the epicenter of events in the capital city Port-au-Prince. Our rescue team was deployed in part to search for missing persons and the recovery of the rubble, ruin and debris, providing premedical and medical first aid, construction of field hospitals for the medical team St. Elizabeth from the Slovak Republic and partly disinfection of the affected areas, tent camps, hospitals and purifying the resources of drinking water.
